  Absolutely! Just send us a message through the store or directly to [email protected], we would love to work with you to create a custom one-of-a-kind toy just for your little fuzz!

• What is Purrban Meowtfitters?

  We are a one-person independent company based in Columbus, OH making unique hand-crafted custom catnip toys for kittens all around the world!

  Each toy is made to order by hand (no sewing machines!) using the best catnip/silvervine on the market. We love to come up with new designs never before seen in the cat toy world, and we love even more to make specialty toys unique to you!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All toys are made to order, the larger the order the longer it may take but average shipping time is 2-3 days from order. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  As of right now we are only accepting US orders through this site. If you would like some toys sent outside the US, just send us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate!

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
